I always receive an Invoice from the company supplies the fashion not from the exporter . When I send money against goods the owner of the company refuses and he made a big problem about it. The Chinese bank asked for the copy or the original invoice for the goods from that company to release the money. The owner refused and Made me send the money on his private name. IS it a fraud or this company does not show the export prices so they do not have to pay tax. Can you please explain.Can you give me an address where I could report a big Fraud of avoiding to pay Tax and false invoices, issued by a Chinese based exporter.
